Team Structure
| Role | Can Do |

| Admin | Everything—invite, edit, delete, manage roles |
| Editor | Create and modify queries, surfaces, connections |
| Viewer | View data, run queries, cannot modify |
Workspace vs Surface Access
| Level | Scope |

| Workspace | Access to entire workspace |
| Surface | Access to specific surface only |
Start with workspace-level access for most team members. Use surface-level access for external partners or contractors.
